Campaigns - Making a Difference

Emotional Health Campaign

Emotional well-being is as vital as physical health, but in many communities, access to mental health resources is limited or nonexistent. Stress, anxiety, depression, loss of loved ones, and other emotional disorders affect thousands of people, including children and mothers, preventing them from living a full and healthy life.

The Emotional Health Campaign aims to provide psychological support, counseling, and emotional well-being workshops to those in greatest need. Through emotional support workshops, emotional intelligence training, and education on mental health, we seek to empower women and mothers first, so that through their strengthening, they can support their children and youth in overcoming emotional challenges and building a balanced family life.

Your donation allows us to bring hope and healing to those facing emotional problems, helping to break the stigma surrounding mental health and offering accessible resources for all.

If you're a psychologist or a social worker, we’d love for you to volunteer with us in person! Just reach out, and we’ll coordinate the details together.
